The kitchen should have known not to serve these uncooked dried peas! People need to visit their loved ones often to keep check on them no matter what facility. I know two people living at Jackson Ridge and they have nothing but good things to say about the service, the food, and the accommodations.
It doesn't necessarily show the number of nursing staff present at any given time or the amount of care given to any one resident. One day two residents wanted to go back to their rooms and was asking for at least 40 minutes while no staff even answered them! I said to the staff they want to go back to their rooms The staff said they heard them but did not answer them while I was there for another hour. Another time all were given noodle casserole and peas for lunch.
